I am a bit suspect of the cheaper price now. And if we have any warranty issues in the next few years will be be a big headache dealing with such a small company.

Out of principle you shouldn't buy from Harvey Norman.
Both look the same kind.
I would pick the one from a small warehouse for $1800 (bargain more u may pay less).
I’m more concerned that you chose fabric and not leather.

Ended up calling around a few Harvey Normans and found the same sofa for $2000 in a nearby store.
Apparently all the stores aren’t the same. I even called the original store I went to and they couldn’t price match.
So happy with the end result
Me, and assuming it's an identical model, I'd bank the $700 and "self-insure".
