    Got the 6000 points for min $150 spend this time.
    $150 is a bit too much for me, I think.

    Also, Mobile SIM kits do not qualify is it?

    • They do, maybe just not Woolworths Mobile. Aren't the rest still expensive to you?

        The last time (2 months ago) I bought Belong SIM, it is rewards redeemable and gives standard pts, different from normal giftcards.

      If you have week 1/2 offer on now, you definitely wont receive this.

      • I activated the offer on a rewards card with the current week 1/2 offer. It said activated and showed the countdown timer.. Took screenshots.. as the rewards app or logged in via website still doesn't show the promotion.
        Heads up for anyone else who sees this glitch.
        Update - I called rewards team and verified I'm good to go with the promotion.

  • They seem to give me points for some things and then don’t give me points for others. Last time I contacted them about it they told me I didn’t meet the criteria for one of them, despite my digital receipt clearly showing I did.

    I’m dubious on whether I’ll get my 5400 points for a $100+ shop I did yesterday. They gave me the bonus points for a couple of items within that shop, but not for the main points haul. If they pull the same shit and tell me I’m not eligible for the 5400 I’ll be returning $140 worth of groceries to the service desk

    • You need to wait 3 business days… It's in the terms of the promotion. I got mine the other day after 24 hours.
      If your missing the main points from the shop give them a call, they are great to deal with.
