I saw a fascinating interview with this Sydney chef and his whole-of-fish approach to preparing and cooking fish. As I am still learning my way around buying and preparing fish dishes, I was waiting for the price drop to get this. This is the lowest price I've seen so far. It is a hardcover.
Don’t know about the book (I hear it’s pretty hardcore), but excellent excellent chef!
