Was looking to build a pc out of spare parts after upgrading. Good value board for AM4 builds of any budget imo, packs enough vrm juice to handle the entire line up from what I can tell. if you don't need zen3 features like pcie4.0 and smart access memory this should be good till AM5 even. These boards will also be able to get bios updates to handle Zen3's soon.
Buy from Harris Tech if you want free 12mo Eset AV (I didn't) or Shipped and sold by Amazon for a bit more after sales warranty assurance.. Also $145 + Delivery @ PC Case Gear.
Also worth considering MSI B450 gaming plus max $147 delivered @ Amazon, X470 Gaming Plus $149 Delivered @ Centrecom and + Delivery @ Scorptec.

Got the Mortar Max. No issues. Even had LED lights on the side that you can control via mobo software.
