    Does dry pasta even have a use by date? I too bought, my guess is good for soup ?

      Even after three years it should be fine unless it smells weird.

      EDIT: From the San Remo website:

      Why can’t I find a use by date?

      As dry pasta has greater than 2 years shelf life we are not required to put a ‘best before’ date on the packaging.
