I can't comment on the quality of Aldi ones but I've had the Canteen ones for probably 5-6 years at a guess and only ever broken 2 when they were dropped. The same couple of cups go thru the dishwasher multiple times a day (as they're always at the front of my cupboard) and still look great.
These ones are also 400ml which is bigger than Aldi's normal ones (?), great size for cold drinks.
No, not at all. If you ever looked carefully at the Aldi Bodum special, you'd realise they're the plastic tumblers. They cost $10 for 2, therefore $5/piece.
This deal is glass, is not the Pavina style and ends up being around $6.50/piece. Not as good as the 8 pack double walled glass Pavina on Amazon/Costco for $40, but very good for the Canteen style.
It shows $41.40 for me
