Best of the supermarket options imo - some of the recipes are a tad bland (I get a little tired of endless green beans and rice) but it's definitely all "real" food.
Awesome, thanks. Will give it a go.
their pizzas are terrible, however. They taste like cardboard. I haven't had a problem with the frozen meals though. They are just a bit bland, but definitely a healthy option.
@Arty.R: The going nuts satay chicken is pretty average too. it all tends to come off the chicken and leaves you with plain chicken tenderloins with hardly any flavour. seems to not be in this bundle though
My favourite out of any frozen meals as they contain "real" food. Some of the chicken options are a bit bland as I assume they are made lower carb for bodybuilders, however there's a large range so I'm sure you can find some you will like. I'm a fan of most of the dishes in this package.
Really enjoy these. Some of the meals are a little plain, but those ones are the healthier options.
I'm out of GateGourmet. Will try this!
Any further discount codes?
Tried the Chillin Out (vegetarian chilli con carne) when Coles had them for 50c clearance. Would not recommend.
My favourite supermarket frozen meals so far are the Fitness Outcomes. They tasted like real food.
So you tried the povo clearance flavour that was obviously discounted for a reason, and you are judging the brand based on that cheap experience?
Still better value when Coles has them half price
Remember they had the food poison scare last year.

I’m assuming they have all their food safety standards in place as they were off the shelves for months.
As for taste, certainly the best of the frozen meals…
Their food is reasonably good compared to other frozen meals I've had recently. I'll grab the pack and have them as backup food for the (surprisingly many) evenings where I really can't be bothered cooking for myself!
Can anyone vouch for the quality and taste of this brand?
