  Ultimate Wash & Wax also makes excellent snow for low cost. Was skeptical that it would actually leave a consistent layer of wax but it did. Obviously nowhere near as good as washing and then adding your own layer of polymer/wax protection but if you're short of time it's a fair compromise until you're ready to give your ride the full job.

    I use Gold Class all the time for snow foaming but I didn't think Wash and Wax would also work, I'll give it a try next time. However like you said a good wash followed by a good sealant/wax is the way to go. A snow foam with Happy Endings usually ends my wash day.
