https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07SXFK1TP/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_…how do I install M.2 SSD heatsink when it sits just behind the GPU or there is enough clearance?
Yep, there is a small air gap under the Gpu heatsink.
All three are less feature rich than many B550 boards (AX wifi, 2.5gbps lan, etc) unless you're intending to use more than 1 M.2 gen 4 SSD,. It might be worth checking a few B550's as well.
which ones?
The B550 Tuf gaming and MSI mag mortar lines for example, but all the big players have similarly spec'd lines.
Apart from the wifi, how does this compare to this: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/591664?
