I received my speakers, but they were DOA. (No big deal, this happens every once in a while.)

I've written to logitechshop.com twice over the last two weeks using their online contact form, but received no reply.

Does anyone have any other contact details like a phone number so I can talk to a real person? Thanks.

  Call Logitech directly and explain the situation to them. They'll give you a RA number which you can just send it back to LTS with. Someone else said they spoke to Logitech about using cash on delivery, so that might be worth trying.
