Instead of competing with mega importers/dropshippers on race-to-bottom prices, we offer real support and fast shipping (all local stock ready to dispatch or pick up). What we sell have been cherry-picked and validated. We never carry what we won't personally use.
Back in 2018, we co-developed the Sapphire Plus with TwoTrees, but due to various circumstances we did not make it an exclusive model, but instead let TwoTrees retail it under their brand. Over the years we have taken on feedback from various reviewers and pushed to constantly update it.
So you can be assured that we know 3D printing inside-out. We have exclusive firmware and slicer profiles for our personal and customers' use, which get periodically updated. We also provide guidance for customers modding/upgrading various parts of the printer.
Other notes
The Sapphire Plus V2 is also on clearance at almost equivalent price shipped from BG (quantity too low for Ozbargain), and Creality Ender 3-V2 is also available at a price too high for Ozbargainers, but if you're considering a gift for someone new to 3D printing, and don't want to risk them struggling with their first steps and potentially stowing it away in frustration, we're a good fit. We will hold your/their hand every step of the way, until they are confident and curious makers.
We are currently shipping with Sendle (integrated with Shopify) - so they only come by once a day. Unfortunately, this means that orders placed on Friday-Sunday will only be collected and sent on Monday. I wouldn't count on them arriving by Christmas :(
So a total newb who will hate bad output.. Should buy a Creality then?
