You can claim the original game for free on the GOG store. Its under the Cyberpunk banner.

I just claimed the free ":Prison Architect: Cleared for Transfer" DLC. I assume I have to wait a while for it to show up in the game library. As I don't see it yet.

I worked it out. You need open the game page in GOG Galaxy. Up the top of the page press Extras (next to the play button). This will show all the content for the game you own, such as free content, updates and DLC. Which you need to download and manually install to use.

This is an absolutely amazing game. I've been playing it since early access and would highly recommend it to anyone who is into building and management sims you will really enjoy this game!
