nah, not even live yet. Buy a 4g now, and then later upgrade to 5g when its full fledged working
Little scratches on the phone, not the box. Maybe it was a return, maybe they open some of them and flash the software? There is no way I can tell, but that's not 100% brand new as far as I am concerned.
This is how I received it - you can see the plastic covering has been removed and restuck (dust in adhesive, top tab bent)

Other people have received new sealed ones, so yes, but not always.
I guess it depends on where they source them?

Samsung has a regional lock - which requires someone to open the box, turn the phone on with a local sim card, and talk for like 10 mins to defeat, so these phones will not be "new".
also Tobydeals tends to import phones from India / Malaysia / Indonesia - so their phones' bands could be a local version, which means when you are in the almighty USA you might not have the bands to even roam in 4G !. roaming in 5G is most likely a no.
years ago I bought a Asus phone (which later discovered as a Malaysian version), when in the USA I was roaming in EDGE !
and in their website, their disclosure on the bands is very limited, only list as XXXX Mhz, not by 4G B1, B2, BX etc.
If you compare the bands in tobydeals website against the Sammy Australia website you will see that you will have less bands, some of the bands which Australian telco uses could be missing too !

Their price is in AUD, my card is in AUD, but they charged from international, and I got charged $12.20 for international fee, this should never happen because my card is AUD. I sent them emails to support, I sent totally 10 emails, they didn't reply me. Gave up. Never trust this seller.

Just FYI everyone - I received a "100% BRAND NEW" phone that arrived with an opened-box and little scratches on it from this mob - and I am still trying to get my money back via PayPal - already set it back to Hong Kong at my own expense. Luckily I had PayPal refunded returns or I would be out of pocked for reasonably expensive postage too.
So buyer beware - mine has not been a great experience with Toby Deals
