  • How long are their best before/expiry dates?

    • Hello, thank you for your question. The W Coffee Black Cans have a Best Before Date within 3 months, 2.5 months to be exact, which is written on the product page. For all the other products, please don't worry about the Best Before Dates! :)

    Where are your teas made?

    • I believe they used to be made in Japan but have since moved to Taiwan?

      • +1

Depends on the Tea, I think the bottled Jasmine is from Taiwan but the bottled Oi Ocha is brewed in Japan from Australian tea for export only.

    • Hello, thank you for your question.
Oi Ocha Green Tea uses our Australian grown tea leaves and made in Japan.
Decaffeinated ice teas are made in Taiwan.
Jasmine Tea 500ml, Oolong Tea 500ml, and Mugicha Barley Tea 500ml are made in our factory in Thailand.
Oolong Tea 340ml Cans and W Coffee Black 165g are made in Japan.
Hope this answers your question. :)

  • Anyone tried those coffee cans? I don't remember drinking those one specifically in Japan.

    • Hello, thank you for your question.
W Coffee Black Can was launched in Japan in October 2018. It uses dark roasted coffee beans and generates a full-bodied flavour with a clear aftertaste. Please also kindly note that the Best Before Date of this product is about the end of February.

  • It’s not a bad deal as long as these are genuine and not near expiry batch.

    • It's from the Australian distributor themselves so I'm sure they would be genuine.

      • What I meant was the deal itself is genuine and not those with near expiry. Amazon sometimes sell drinks with only weeks left before expiry date.

    • Hello, thank you for your question.
Yes these are genuine. :) The only product that has a closer Best Before Date is W Coffee Black Cans, which is around the end of February and the info is on the product page. All the other products have a pretty safe Best Before Dates so please don't worry!

  • Hi Store Rep, how often do you have sales on drinks? Thanks
