      Hi, bandwidth isn't counted as part of the plan, you are limited by the quotas/allocations. As an example, the Value plan has allocations of 1GB Memory, 4MB/s I/O and 100% CPU. It is all managed automatically by CloudLinux and as long as you stay in the allocations, you won't experience any issues. You can view all of the graphs and limits/usage in cPanel to see how you are going.

      If you plan to host videos or have millions of page views, I suggest a VPS as that will give you the best performance for your money while also giving you a lot more flexibility and control. Our NVMe VPSs are pretty beefy with our latest nodes being Ryzen processors. It is surprising how much you can do with such a small VPS with the correct hardware and software configuration.
