        I have this one in my downstairs 360 (paid less than this) , and have over 120Gb of content on without any issues

        thinking a place is dodgy just because they are cheaper than AUD would make just about anywhere in the world dodgy. AU is ripped for pricing on everything. I get my stuff from http://www.eachgame.com/goods-4419.html they look super dodgy but I have been buying from them for years, never had an issue. Currently using the 250gb to play Gears3

        I buy everything with Paypal and save a bundle, screw Aussie retailers ripping us off and thinking we will stay loyal. They had on the news 30% of people are buying online this year for XMAS, finally the countries waking up. Bargins will start to happen more and more locally due to this.

      google xkey or wasabi360
      I have a wasabi360 and its brilliant, fast loading times.
      and I can change games without getting up (not possible with the standard xkey)
      timed exploit mod is also possible but takes a fair bit of stuffing around to get them spoton.

      the xbox I got from JB a couple weeks back for $199 isn't moddable with x360key yet, its got a Liteon DG16D5S dvd drive in it …hopefully they'll support it soon

    Get your HDD's from eBay or Dealextreme. Ive bought 3+ in my time for the SLIMS and they all work perfect.

      nope the housing is cheap and nasty but inside is a WD blue 320GB.
      I did a HDD scan on mine using HDD dock and my pc. no faults

      No it isnt - but the HDD is exact same. Been using my SLIM HDD (250gb) for over a year now and not the slightest problem.

    DAMMIT OzBargains! I was saving to have my external hard drive professionally recovered. Now I guess I'll be playing Skyrim and crying over the years of family photos I've lost. GOOD DEAL! :D
