Eligibility
1. From time to time we may offer the Movie Rewards Offer (the “Offer”) in conjunction with electricity only or electricity and gas market contracts and to be eligible for the Offer you must:
a. be eligible for and enter into a new market contract with Simply Energy for the supply of
electricity or electricity and gas to your
residential premises (depending on whether the
Offer applies to electricity only or electricity and
gas at the time you apply); and
b.
responsibility for the electricity supply or
electricity and gas supply (depending on whether
the Offer applies to electricity only or electricity
and gas at the time you apply) for your premises
must be transferred to Simply Energy.
