    … and not all travel insurances will cover the same things.. I know from my credit card provider, they are not as comprehensive as 'real' travel insurance companies offerings.

    so I'm okay having to pay extra to get better coverage

  dental up to $500 dollars overseas for emergency work for this one? that'll probably cover the consultation :P

  The wording of "What we don't cover section" is pretty strange for an insurance company (Sounds rude and unprofessional somehow).

    I find it quite fresh and communicative (I think that's what they're trying to do) I mean, some people do get stupid sometimes and then try to claim insurance off that… on the other hand, they're quite cheap compared to HBF/RAC, anyone here used them / has any bad/good experiences with TID?

  1) You can always get 10% off with TID.
  2) Southern Cross Travel insurance consistantly provide better coverage at a lower price, even with discount.

    No annual plan with southern cross? I've consistently found tdi to have best coverage & price for annual policies.
