  if you join magshop, cross your fingers you don't lose your money…

  i paid for a 6 month subscription 5 weeks ago that they can't see on their systems even though they charged me on my credit card !!! 5 phone calls and numerous emails later, they still haven't refunded my money !!!

      thanks… the refund finally came through less than 5 minutes ago… after 2 phone calls today…

      it should not take 3 weeks and 6 phone calls to acknowledge there is a problem with your payment systems and refund a customer who's order got cancelled after they paid…

      it's cost you a customer…
