My recent order took a week to be shipped (order placed 20th November, shipped on 27th and arrived yesterday).
Don't expect delivery anytime soon. I ordered 4 polo tops on Sunday and I'm yet to receive any email to say they've been sent. Tried to call but you're on hold for ages. Couldn't be bothered hanging on.
