    Note added antioxidants = no benefit (at best). You want natural antioxidants. Also re the berries - best fresh or frozen; watch out for the significant added sugar.

        I realise that, and there might be added ones. Not a lot of berries; also dried and lots of sugar.

        E.g. can have oats and add as much frozen berries as you want as an alternative.
