    Any opinions on washed vs natural Yirgacheffe? I'm quite new to single origins but have heard good things about ethiopian SOs.

    Hi there.. There is a difference for sure. The washed is a generally a cleaner cup. With complex fruity and floral flavours that the Ethiopian coffees are renowned for.
    The natural coffees for me push that complexity and also offer another dimension… More lively tropical and Berry notes… It's a lighter roast too so more acidity.

    Really like your coffee guys, never been disappointed with them.

    With the 2kgs, is it 2kgs of any one type of coffee or can we mix up? My guess is it’s the former?

      The organic Colombian goes very well with milk
      It's my main bean at the cafe.
      And for something as good but different. Notes of plum and raisin with chocolate.. The Mexico Kassandra Peaberry.. Also great with milk
