          What else can I say? I am not sure why it does not work for him/her.
          What I have written is all I have. It seems to work for other people.
          If I had more info I would of course provide it.

        Yep nevermind! Tried it again and it works fine now! No idea why it didn't accept it before but can confirm it works if you close the window and open the page again in a fresh window.
