To celebrate the 23rd Birthday of Gold Class, Village Cinemas are offering discounted tickets for all Gold Class sessions from November 30 to December 4. If you buy the tickets in person at the cinema, they are $25 each. If you buy them online, they are $28.25 each. A free Vrewards membership is required to purchase the tickets at the discounted price.

Why are they more expensive online?
More convenient, pure and simple. Just like how a bar of chocolate is more expensive at a 7-Eleven than a normal supermarket.

My bank offers me free online transactions, but I just walk into a branch and there's (pretty much) a fee.
Not villiage though, they'd rather you walk in and have to pay staff.

Are you logged into Vrewards? You should see the "Gold Class Birthday $25.00" option when choosing tickets.
I was, and that wasn't an option.
Interesting. If you tell me what session you're trying to purchase I can test and see if I get the same problem.
