1440p on a 24" seems pretty good.
The USB-C version has a better response time of 4ms (OD) response time.

Wouldn't use it as a gaming monitor, but as a 1440p second monitor it would work. Theres a chance the response time advertised is not as bad as it could be either. Being IPS is pretty alright through
