Who doesn't like a good steak.

I bought them full price a few months ago and they cut my wagyu beef fillets really well. Very happy with them.

They don't require resharpening as the blade is laser cut.

Bought another set.

    I purchased a set of these thinking they were a bargain, but when they arrived I was very disappointed to find they were made of some shiny, hard material with some kind of bevelled edge making them cut through physical contact which caused a kind of trauma to the meat, severing the tissue connections.

    Not even the barest hint of a diode, lens, power source, or anything else required for a LASER. very misleading.

    That is pure nonsense. A laser cut knife is one where the blank is cut out of a steel sheet by laser and is just an update to the mass-production method of stamping out the blank.

    It's the the cheapest way to make a knife, but doesn't hold it's edge as long as a knife made using a forging method.
