I've just bought this at JB Hi-Fi Castle Hill. The Sales guy said there were 8 copies left. The price came down this arvo.

    i've never played resistance but seems like a good time to get into it :D i'll be picking one up tom then :) and i'll report back on the situation with chats wood JB.

      Resistance is a great franchise campaign wise, but the first game has no trophy support so it's a bit WTF when you score in game points and get no trophy. I'd be all over this If I didn't just buy the limited version for $55:(

    Wow, this seems like a really good deal. LOVE playing Resistance with my man, I kick ass at it. The second one was nowhere near as good for co-op though.

    Sweet deal, cheers OP! Hopefully they'll have some when I go after work… fingers crossed, could be pushing it though.

      JB sales guy told me they had excess stock and Sony told them to clear the stock out. So, they priced the Survivor Edition the same as their Standard Edition price.

      I don't think it's a pricing error. However, when it was scanned at the counter, it came up with $99. But I showed the cashier the box (above uploaded picture) with the $59 price tag. She changed it without any issues.

      The Survivor Edition online price is $99.

        No pricing error. $20 cheaper than marked price of the game alone.

        About 10 in stock at JB Hifi Wollongong.

    Chatswood Westfield works I also got a price of 68 for assassins creed revelations collectors… :) wonder If I should post the receipt or not :)

    So glad I waited for this. I knew this would go down in price due to the sheer numbers they had when resistance 3 first came out.

    Thanks Joe for the heads up, makes a really nice birthday gift to myself :).

    I snagged one during lunch at the pitt st mall jbhifi =). There wasn't any in plain sight, asked a staff member who managed to get one from their store room. It scanned at 59 bucks (I think the girl at the counter was confused when she saw the price ;]).

    I forgot to ask about the uncharted 3 explorer edition >_< I wonder if they still have that in stock and if it has gone down in price.

    Almost bought it just because its a bargain.

    But the extras are (IMHO) crap. And I dont want to have to find somewhere to put that much stuff forever. So I passed, and I'll wait until it's $20 for the game only at zavvi.
