I've been keeping my eye out for deals on this monitor for a bit now. This seems to be a pretty good one. I've ordered one already and can't wait to get it setup.
Edit: sorry forgot about the price/discount. New to this thing.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2020

    I'm in spreadsheet heaven. Ahh…

    • i have often wondered who these ultra wide screens appeal to , and yes at work the spreadsheeters love them. i do more cad at work so still prefer 16:9 for screen height.

The monitor is great for Racing SIMS.

    60Hz Refresh Rate :(

    • It's 48-70Hz for freesync. If you're already gaming at 60 & not yet addicted to the higher rates, it's fine.
otoh, there's 240Hz on offer for just $1,200 more with the Samsung 49"

      • It will do native 75hz when in PBP mode and will overclock to 75hz @ 5120x1440

Good price. Been waiting for it to go down all year. Bought one on eBay this week during ShopBack 10% stacked with 20% promo. Out of pocket $1520 delivered.
Happy with it so far. Very sturdy and quality is good. If you are not a fast action gamer, 60hz is totally fine. Productivity or multimedia tasks, it’s perfect as everything is onboard, webcam, speakers, USB-c, USB hub, HDR and 400. The colour is bright and crispy, good colour gamut. A single USB-c cable makes it easy and fast to change between your work or personal laptop. Even comes with a remote control. Would recommend, especially if you WFH.
The alternative is a Samsung 5k from TGG commercial (if you have access, around the same price), HDR1000 and 100Hz but minus the USB-c, webcam and speakers. This may be better for gamers with fixed set up and accessories plugged in separately.

  • I can only wish…

  • Not the cheapest

  • Anyone know of any free shipping codes or any discount codes that can be used on mwave?? Also, are they usually quick to ship? I need a power supply and ram by next Friday…

  • Gunna need a bigger desk………

    • You can use wall bracket to attach it to wall.
