These are compatible with Google nest hub, but the feed does not automatically appear, that functionality is reserved for Google's own Nest Hello.
Re: displaying the video feed, this does work but reports of how well it works are mixed. some users report a bearable 2 sec delay, while others mention a 10-20 sec delay. From my research it sounds like the delay can partly be attributed to conversion, as the camera records at 2k and the nest hub is only able to display 1080p.
Through my research on youtube I found a review for the 1080p version of this camera, and in this demo it appears to have a very minimal delay in displaying the feed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GsG5SYR544&t=970s

I really like the look of these but I don't seem to be able to find a definitive answer on their Google Home compatibility (a lot of the references online are dated or reference some functionality working but not others, etc).
Can anyone with one confirm whether:
a) when someone rings the bell, the video feed can automatically appear on a Google Home/Nest Hub?
b) if not automatic, presumably you can ask Google to display the video feed?
I'm assuming by default the doorbell will trigger a ring sound on the homebase unit and/or the phone app?
