If you don't mind a pen with a cap then the Safari range is only $33. They'll use the same excellent Lamy refill, and have the advantage of offering a wider colour palette to choose from.

I'm sure it's a good solid item, but I have to laugh at the 'selling points':
Ergonmic design = it's the same cylinder shape as every other pen.
Smooth rollerball = just the refill. Presumably you could put the refill into any compatible pen.
Capless design = it's a retractable pen.
Matte finish = really scraping the bottom of the barrel when they choice of paint is in the features list.
