Bloody love my S1RII. Perfect edc torch, goes with me everywhere.

  • Olight is definitely a fan of cool white.

    • Appeals to the broader market I guess?

Seems fairly average for the most part… Prices have been cheaper in recent sales, and they're not exactly infrequent.

    • Elite sale and the last sale aside, most of Olight products are cheapest at launch. Considering a the majority of this sale is new products you won't get them at 40% off again until next elite sale (if there is one) or black friday in 2021.
Basically if a sale product isn't a new product, it won't be as cheap as it has been but you won't get it cheaper anywhere else 🤷‍♂️

Everything that's 40% off is in a bundle only.

There are few specialised flashlights in the 30% category, such as the Javelot or gun-mounted flashlights and then everything else is only 20% off and seems like it's often been cheaper in the past.

        • Typically they won't do standalone items at 40% off, only in bundles and usually with another small item at a few dollars more. Most, if not all new products will be 30%+ off, the 20% off is for existing products. Has been like that for as long as I can remember

  • i1r is out of st0ck

    • This was queried in the Olight Facebook group earlier, and the response from the customer service rep was basically you can't buy it as it's a free gift during the sale (1 per account) and they have limited stock for the sale. If you just want the i1R2 as a freebie you need to pay $7.95 shipping or spend over $75 to qualify for free shipping.

      • Yeah it was never 100% free with these giveaways but still a good torch for $8

        • Free if you buy something else, not free by itself 🤷‍♂️😛

          • @Wilkshire13: $75 worth of "something else."
i'm not complaining; better to pay $8 for it than its regular price of $33 + $8 s/h

edit: and it's also back in stock. hoping i get any colour except for the green.

            • @tdw: Yeah but someone has to cover the cost of shipping. Still, $8 is better than $40 when it's not free
