If you have Game Pass on Xbox I think the 10 hour trial of Star Wars Squadrons can be installed from the app.
Worth checking to see if it is any good.
Not a bad trial, only contains the first level though
Playing this with PSVR is amazing … It's the one game where VR makes it easier to play as you can watch the enemy fly past you making it easier to track them.
Any nausea while playing?
ahhh - see this is the info I need to know if VR is good.
Tbh it's only good in vr if you like dogfighting sims. Your still just turning left forever to follow the arrow to shoot the next guy as they also do w circle around you.
Maps are pretty small and not overly interesting either.
Is it the full game in VR, or just a portion of it?

Still waiting on my camera adapter to arrive, but from what I've seen online it already gets a good bump from the PS5 since it uses dynamic resolution in VR. 'PSVR Without Parole' reckon it's one of the 2 games that get the most benefit so far.

this is worth it for sure, excellent game, no microtransactions, great dogfights and also has a decent update coming.
A new map and ship parts will roll out in an update on November 25th, while a December update will add two brand-new ships — the fan-favorite B-wing and TIE Defender starfighters — to the game.

MS Store had a modest price drop this week $35.97, which I jumped on because I have 15% gift cards. However $29 is a pretty large drop as a new-release, even though RRP is itself modest already.
Considering some games like Sekiro, which came out in March 2019, almost never drop below $60, I can't fault EA for offering a fairly sizeable game for an initially low price.

Sorry don't have source, it just showed up under my GamePass when I logged into my Xbox SX. I believe its a preview at the moment but I think its getting in soon.

This game has depreciated quite aggressively since it was released last month. RRP is $59 but was widely discounted to $49 at pre-order. Now its sitting at $29 (half of the RRP) in less then two months since launch.
It is interesting how this happens from time to time with a pretty well reviewed game…
I can remember Mad Max, one of the Batman games, just cause 3, shadow of war, titanfall and few others all being savagely discount very quickly after release even though they were all pretty good. Must be some executive bonus at play somewhere up the line based on total units sales by xx date instead of gross target…
Nah I think you're reading too much into it. The games didn't sell as well as projected.
You have to remember that a good game does not necessarily mean it will sell…
