What Is The Best Modem to Purchase with ABB FTTB? (Budget $250)

Hi Ozbargainers,

I have a VDSL supported modem - Netcomm AC1600 NF8ACV but it's dropping connections a lot and with WFH becoming a norm, I am thinking of purchasing a better modem.

I live in an apartment but am looking for something which would work even if we move into a house; technically it should support VDSL and VDSL2.

Any recommendations on good modems that have a history of working well with Aussie Broadband will be much appreciated. The budget that I am working with is something around $250.
