  • Anyone tried this? Any good?
or is it a better idea to wait for the Aldi one?

  • Been there and done that.

The ALDI is all you need for basics.

Built in cutter not an essential. Cut rolls to size or use bags.

I buy bulk meat (whole porterhouse or like) regularly and I soon moved on to a better grade of vac sealer ($250 plus).

Buy quality vac bags/rolls (ALDI is fine). I recently had an ebay batch that leaked air - lost meat and new bags required.

  • Anyone tried this or the aldi one for dry ageing beef in banquet bags?

  • We've got one and it's brilliant. Even the cutter works, although I had my doubts that it would considering the thickness of the plastic.
