I can confirm this is a National deal. The retail price to buy the phone from CEXP without recharge is $29, or $5 when you get a $30 recharge in the same transaction. 90% of the warehouse stock of these phones has been sent out as an allocation to each store based on their normal sales, so get in quick as there isn't much left for sites to order extra when they run out.

I got two of these for $19—from Harvey Norman's buy one prepaid mobile and get the second free. =) It is a great phone for the price, the only thing I want it to have which it doesn't is wifi. It comes with: the handset, 3.5mm headphones, a travel charger, a separate USB cable for the computer, a battery, a user guide and two install CDs.

I can confirm that this is at the Cammeray Store in NSW. Bought it and using it for an Xmas present for my son. Also saved some extra on fuel. I think this phone used to be $49 a few months ago. Bargain.
