I was asked to buy these as a gift for someone and after checkout, I realised they didn't charge shipping. So I ended up only paying $9.99.. Not sure if this is a bug or not but if anyone else is interested, please have a go.. I'm not submitting it as a deal because I'm not sure if there's a promo going on or if I'm just lucky :)
