OP just needs a hug. Returning rotten meat is a real pain… even if you wrap it up well, storing and transporting it is just yuck. And if you're an immigrant, which I suspect OP is, there is sometimes a bit of eye rolling and passive-aggressive attitude from the Coles staff.
