Gotta say it's really ugly, like they reused a cooler from a longer card and it doesn't fit right.
Is someone able to find a review of this specific model?
Edit: Probably not very helpful, but the 5500XT Challenger D looks to have the identical cooler Kitguru.net
This website suggests that Kitguru once had a 5600XT Challenger D review; but it's no longer there warp2search.net
Edit: Here is a discussion from a previous OzBargain post OzBargain
I found a copy the review for it online. Site is dodgy so enter at your peril.

TDLR/incase it gets taken down/you don't want to enter a Chinese site filled with spam:
The card is good, noise/thermals is similar to/ slightly better than the pulse. Clocks slightly slower than the other 5600XT's - 1-3% slower in games but a small manual overclock makes up for it and them some, not really something to worry about. The card has plenty of thermal headroom. Overall positive impression of the card beside it's basic design.
There would've been a reason the review got taken down, maybe the clock speeds being low was a driver error and ASrock asked them to take it down, maybe there were methodology problems, idk.
Be careful of Umart. I never got my refund from them for my last cancelled order…
It was paid by CC.
Wow that card is 31% fans and fins.
