I also bought the $20 Gift Card, but I mean literally bought.
During the ordering process, I entered the code "14010273" and validated the code. Yet, when I provided my card details it still deducted the $20.00.
The online query form refuses to work and will not accept any submissions. Have emailed them directly regarding this.
Negative from me until this issue is fully resolved.

If you go to 'Help Centre' on the site it states:
Blah blah blah blah….
Promotional codes and coupon may not be used to purchase Gift Card, but may be used when redeem Gift Card.
Voucher doesn't apply to Gift Card. Voucher only apply for product purchase.
When you redeem your gift card, the gift card value will turn to your account credit. When you apply these credit points on shopping product, you can also use other voucher when check out.
Your opening post clearly states that "Free $20 voucher apply to all online product order", and it is on this basis that certain people have purchased a gift card.
I would think that a gift card would be classified as a 'product', and your opening post states "all online product order" which implies nothing is excluded. If gift cards were not eligible for this promotion, you should not have written "all online product order".
Wording is a bit confusing. But system doesn't allow anyone to redeem voucher on Gift card checkout. Hence you will get total amount due $20 on the screen and invoice you received. We've now fixed the problem and give a better and clearer view on screen. You won't be able to input voucher when purchase gift card only. Hope it won't cause any confusion.
