    https://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=samsung+ss…

So theoretically, the $63.50 from online computer (online centre pty ltd) would qualify. Not bad!

    • The 860 Evo is only eligible in storage sizes of 1TB or above for the free game, same as most of the drives.

      • Ah, I should have clicked on the link. If you want 2.5" form factor then 1TB 860 EVO - MZ-76E1T0BW seems to be the cheapest from https://www.onlinecomputer.com.au/samsung-860-evo-1tb-MZ-76E…

        It's $169.95 + $8.16/$10.65 shipping

Or you can pickup in person from CPL/MSY I guess for $172. That's what I will likely do.

        • +4

Cheapest would be from Budget PC for $155 + Delivery I believe.

        • $168 at umart

  • Anyone received cashback from last promotion?

    • +1

I haven't received my cashback for 3 NVMe drives from July last year yet :s

      • Was it validated?

    • Yeah I recieved mine about two weeks back

      • Thanks I'm still waiting. Was validated on 2 October

    • I did, but also they had my BSB and ACC number switched and it hadn't come (when they first said it had)
so maybe look for similar issues?

      • Where do you check?

        • +1

i think they have a dedicated cashback site where you log in to claim, and you can check your current claims there

    • nope, emailed htem a week ago and haven't heard back yet

    • My serial number is still “invalid” according to Samsung Redemption 😡

      • I had the same issue. Emailed them and they fixed it for me

  • +3

I look forward to receiving my copy from Samsung some time in 2022

  • I literally just bought one last week. Lame :(

  • +3

What's the cheapest m.2 NVME drive can I buy that includes this game?
Staticice is not opening up for me.

  • I redeemed this game by purchasing the 3700x few weeks ago as well

  • -1

Hopefully Assassin's Creed Valhalla will work on my Windows XP with 2GB ram. Will try.

    • +3

      Nah man.

    • if you're planning to run it on the nvme bought with vahalla, GL on xp. Nvme support isnt PnP on XP

  • Might be worthwhile if there's still cashback + ebay discount otherwise free is not free.

  • Steam or UPlay?

    • +1

Most likely Uplay, as that's what Ubi normally do for their promotions.

    • +1

"Once the code is redeemed, Eligible Claimant must log in or create an Ubisoft account and can then locate the Gift
      in the Uplay library. "

    • AC Valhalla isn't on Steam

  • Can we resell the game? What does it sell for?

    • I guess $50~$60 would be a fair price.

  • -3

these SSD's are really overpriced compared to competitor products like the Adata XPG SX8200 Pro

pick the game up on your series x or ps5

  • So hard to find 2tb everyone has sold out :(

  • This promo is going for a few months, so it may be worthwhile waiting out for a Black Friday Day Sale.

I guess the game might not be worth as much in a few weeks time.

  • Good deal considering cheapest keys are about $89.95 from uPlay themselves. If you use 100 uplay coins you can get a 20% discount bringing the cost down to about $72. But probably better off with an SSD for a little extra. Still annoying though, I bought 2x 980 pros a few weeks back and didnt get shit.

  • Bought 2 970 EVO Plus for the cashback and now this! I should have waited for this one.

  • Is the cashback offer still valid, or does this replace that?

    • +1

The Valhalla offer replaces the cashback.

  • Is this valid if you buy fr the retailer's eBay store?

  • just got the email from centrecom about it

here's the link to the prices

    https://www.centrecom.com.au/samsung-ssd-assasins-creed

  • -1

Good deal, but I'd prefer a cashback instead of a game.

    • ok

    • +1

just sell the code for 60

      • -2

        Unnecessary effort.

        • +1

Well, get half as much on a cashback and wait months for the privilege instead

  • So does anyone know how long it will take for the game to come through after submission?

    • same question here.

    • Bit early to ask that, but I don't expect it to take long given it's just a code, cashback can take months in cases.

  • Thanks, just purchased a 2TB QVO, was going to wait for some sorta deal on the Gold Edtn with Season Pass but nevermind.

  • +2

Don't forget you can just pay the $19.95/month for Ubisoft+ which has Valhalla included. That's what I'll be doing while I wait for Cyberpunk to be released

    • Thanks for that recommendation. While I disliked Uplay in the past it seems to be better now and 20 bucks for access to their new releases seem to be great value leading up to Cyberpunk.

    • legend, had no idea. Was about to buy the SSD, but no need for it :) has access to Watch Dogs Legion as well.

      Thank you !!

  • Submitted my claim 5pm on the 10th and still haven't got my code yet…

  • They should really just not have a claim system… just allow you to get the game straight away…

  • +1

Got my code just now. As expected, quicker with a game then cash back

  • Scorptec and their customer service is absolutely shocking. No reply to email in 5 business days, they don't even answer the phone!

  • So this claim page not the same as the cashback claim page, have to create Samsung account again?

  • purchased 2 days ago from BudgetPC for the cheapest 860 evo 1tb @150 deliveried using $10 signup dollar, submitted the claim this afternoon, and received the code in 1 hour, amazing speed. Now I am downloading the game, and it will be ready to play tonight.

  • I’ve been trying to submit a claim for 7 days now! Bought a 860 Evo but keep getting the serial number invalid error when I try to submit. I’ve used the serial number on the drive and have double checked the number with online chat support. Got forwarded to Samsung au promos email but haven’t heard from them since the 11th Nov….

    • Got forwarded to Samsung au promos email but haven’t heard from them since the 11th Nov….

      It will take a while.

    • have you heard back yet because i have this same issue

  • it has been 24hours since submission, case has been approved 3 hours ago, no sign of code yet :(

  • I recieved a key - but it says not valid when I try to use it in the Ubisoft Connect app. Do I need to enter it someplace else?

    • +4

Never mind…figured it out..Thanks Samsung for making the download a treasure hunt and sending obscure mails saying its all done when it wasn't.

For anyone trying to figure it out - you'll need to take the key that Samsung sends you and then go to the website below to generate another key which you then enter into UbisoftConnect (not Uplay as the instructions suggest)
      https://redeem.ubisoft.com/assassins-creed-valhalla/en-US

      • is it possible to sell that samsung code/ubisoft key?

        • +1

Its just an activation code - should be able to activate on any email address - so transferable if that's your question.

  • I just tried and got : 'The selected gift package/s have been fully redeemed. Please select another available gift.' … I think they have used up their allocation of keys for this promotion unless I am doing something wrong.
