No epg is what the specs say. Also just says DTV so no hd tuner I'm assuming probably not that great as a standalone tv more of a monitor with built in tv functionality.
It actually does have a HD Tuner built in. It's in the specs:

Doest DTV refer to HDTV though? Could just be SD.
Hard to track down those specs…
Scoopon lists as… "Full HD LED Samsung 21.5" TV with Monitor Function"
(But they recommend you "Lay back and sip on a Pina Colada while you wait for your delivery to arrive!" in 14 days, so you will be too pissed to tell the difference.)

(although a missing coma between Full HD & TV tuner would tell a different story)
Another site lists it as "1920x1080/FULL HD/ TV TUNER/…" so my guess is it is not a HD tuner - probably SD.
A UK site http://www.richersounds.com/product/led-tv/samsung/t22a350/s… lists this as a "22 inch LED TV 1080p HD Ready" which often means add an HD tuner.
Strange to leave out "FULL HD" from DTV tuner in official specs if it is full HD. As it lacks EPG, I don't think there will be many features to the TV tuner. Pity.
Compared with prices on Static Ice ($222), this deal is cheaper & adds free delivery.
Downloaded the manual (23 Aug, 2011) from Samsung link at top.
Has EPG via GUIDE button on remote (Page 21)
can schedule programs to watch

PIP (Picture-in-Picture) You can watch the TV tuner and one external video source simultaneously. (Page 32)
PIP functionality is only available when you are using a HDMI, PC or components source
The screen is Full HD, but no details if Tuner is HD.

I give up! Finding out specs for this is frustrating.

"please contact the expert sales team at Samsung on 1300 369 600 and select
option 3 and then 2 for IT products. The sales team should be able to advise you of the specifications…" They will probably read specs from the website!
