            It's been like watching a kettle boil since the last update on Wed 2. Constantly looking at the tracking page for any updates… but radio silence. Big bucket of wrong mate… was hoping to start playing with it this weekend.

              @pridey: Yeh it sucks but that’s probably just the impatience in me.

              I rang Auspost and they have launched an investigation for me so hopefully this will help speed up the process, in all fairness though Amazon does state the 10th whilst I think Auspost was a little bit overly optimistic. What’s funny though I just had two delivery today from Auspost from what I assume would be the exact same depo my playstation is stuck in but I’m thinking it’s still on a truck somewhere on its way to the depo. Honestly who knows because the idiots don’t scan at every stop as they’re meant to (with mine anyway) so what’s the point of tracking if you can’t track it?

              Anyway lady on the phone said based on her info it should definitely be here Monday or Tuesday because 100% it’s left Sydney and I’ve had this happen to me before where items go into delayed (little tag at top of tracking page like both ours currently) then you check in a day or two and it’s “onboard for delivery”.

                @Kmartsecurityguard: Just got notification from Auspost they are delivering it today and that if I'm not home to sign for it, it will be taken to my local post office. Was up at Bondi Junction doing some Xmas shopping… Xmas shopping be damned! I scarpered home as fast my motorbike could take me. Now have my nose firmly pressed against the window keeping my eyes peeled for the van of deliverance :-P

                  My tracking finally updated it’s now in my neck of the woods just not out for delivery yet but says today or tomorrow which I is highly likely now based on the fact it’s literally sitting in the depo down the road.

    Started shipping on Tuesday, got to Chullora around Friday but got the shock of my life when I got a text at 7am saying Onboard for delivery today. Never got ready so fast in my life on a Saturday morning! Happy to report safe and delivered at around 10 AM.

    OAKLEIGH SOUTH VIC.

    Does it mean it was out for delivery but then it was sent back to the OAKLEIGH center?

      when i called they told me that it arrives in their warehouse today/tomorrow. then it will take 2-3 days to prepare it and then ship it. Hopefully what they told you is correct though.

    Has anyone got incorrect tracking number for HN? I just spoke to Australia Post and they said the tracking number is definitely incorrect.

    Far out. Have tried contacting Harvey Norman via Facebook, live chat and phone and can't speak to a real person anywhere…hopeless.

        Just had mine delivered from Harvey today (Sydney). Received tracking a few days ago actually. And I definitely wasn't one of the first to order as I umm'd and ah'd for at least 10-15 minutes before pulling the trigger

            @Agent009: Was definitely an auspost tracking number but they didn't take signature because I woke up this morning around 930am and went outside to see a big box sitting at the front. Apparently the guy just dropped it off around 9am today and left. I'm glad I didn't have a day-off or something today otherwise I'd have probably slept in until 12 and who knows if the box would've still been there as I've had parcels stolen in the past before…

    I will never order anything from HN ever again. They no longer have phone numbers so you can't ring them….you have to go to "Contact Us" page to speak with them. Despite trying for over 2 hours straight, no reply on live chat and no reply over Facebook messenger. Now my only chance of a reply is to submit an online form for them to call me back (which can take 24hrs)….this is terrible customer service.

    So I literally can't speak to a human being about my order. I thought it was 2020, not 2002.

      Call a random HN store, they will be able to assist. Had the same problem with an online order before and if you call a store or visit they can look into it for you

            They told me the store it was shipped from (sounds like HN don't ship from a centralised warehouse but the shipping comes from actual stores). So he said to ring that store.

            I rang that store and they said it might be a statrack number even though email says Aust Post…checked and no tracking there either. Put me on hold and they said despite shipping information being sent 48hrs ago, Aus Post hasn't picked it up yet apparently and should be updated today. The store is only an hour from me so hopefully I'll have it tomorrow.

              @Agent009: If youre in NSW metro area, I'm pretty sure it ships with StarTrack. I know the Harvey Norman tracking link leads you to AusPost website, but if you put your tracking number into StarTrack it has more accurate tracking information.

      yea, i think its a theme across HN in WA from posts that I have seen. I called up my store last week to check in on my Nov'20 preorder and was just straight up told " No stock here mate, check again in Feb 2021 " :( (click & collect option)

            @insomniak91: I just rang them up and the girl I spoke to was pretty good and is following it up for me. It looks like WA stores haven't got any stock from their second drop yet. The ones from over east who are showing stock could either be second wave stock landing or stuff that was rolled over/wasn't picked up/is additional to their first wave shipment.

            She said she would give me a call back and I will report back then. However, I would imagine for a November order it may be later still.

    Called them again just now and they confirmed they've received stock to cover online store orders, they will be processed tomorrow and are expected to ship within 3 business days, so at the latest hopefully by Friday.

    So my PS5 was out of delivery on Saturday, didnt go out of the house but they never delivered. Got a text today that its going to be delivered today in the morning. Its almost 5 pm now and still no sign of delivery :(

        Negative Sony indicated that warehouse would be accepting stock on the 7th and 8th, and processing them out within 3 to 5 business days of that date, so I wouldnt expect to see anything until probably Thursday or Friday on the tracker or online order portal.
