Also comes with demo game that honestly sufficient for scratching the itch to play.

      You definitely dont need to go to that much effort, you can create international Switch accounts and jump between them when you want.
      For example i have an AUS account, a US account and a Japanese account on my Switch. There's plenty of quick guides online how to do this.
      
      To add US credit i buy eShop cards from Target US who email the codes instantly.

      There's also an option to add funds by PayPal but i havent tried that yet
