      They disqualified your entry. This has happened in the past, where they would "verify winners" before giving it away, now we have no idea how they determine who is cheating or who isn't etc..but thats a possibility.

    i have an android, shouldnt matter if it's iPhone or android tbh. I had multiple tabs open so i could access different pages easily but only answered on one. pretty sure they don't count you if you answer multiple times.

  I had that problem. I updated, saved, then logged out and back in… And that seemed to work.
