      Bahahahhahahahahahhahahahaha

    • I would guess not.

What brand do you recommend that have ducks that have had the fun of water. I'm sure they are extra yummy

      • -6

None. Ducks, chickens and pigs are amongst the worst treated warm blooded beings in animal ag. No sunshine, no fresh air, no anything that's a semblance of a natural or decent existence. Anyone who is ok with this is a douchebag.

Hopefully the gutless people anonymously down voting you don't claim to be animal lovers.

@arcticmonkey: People think a neg makes the issue go away. Classic cognitive dissonance.

    I've always wondered about these.
What's the best way to cook these?

    • +9

Preheat the oven and then put these in. Instructions are on the pack. Super easy to cook and very yummy to eat! Had it with mashed potatoes and peas the other day.

      • Put in the oven, if you have extra duck fat, pour it on top.

      • When just cooked, remove the legs from the fat, and use the fat to cook potatoes (sauteed, fried, up to you).

      • (optional) if you're cooking your potatoes in a pan with the duck fat, you can also add garlic, green beans, mushrooms and lardons.

      • When your potatoes are cooked, return the duck to sear the skin on a hot pan, not long, just enough to get a nice crispy skin.

      • Enjoy your meal

Shallots and a bit of white wine, elevate this fine recipe. ;)

        Sounds yuck to me.

        Got any recipes for dogs?

        • Why does it sound “yuck”?

Pick up some Peking Duck sauce or Char Siu from an Asian Grocer.

I still think the best way to cook duck is deep fried in batter, then add plum sauce (or S&S). Delicious!!

    • +2

I used to put them in the oven, but then I tried putting them in the air fryer… best move ever. Comes out with a nice crispy skin.

      • How long for?

        • Around 10 minutes. Depends how crispy you want the skin.

    • +1

I simply microwave them and give them a quick treatment with the torch after, for a crispy skin (similar to sous vide steak).

  • Is one pack good for 2 serves?

    Here's a recipe

  • Thanks OP. Excellent deal rather than the whole duck which is tedious to cut and debone… Yummmo

  • Can use cook it using microwave?

  • I am here to look for Animal protectors, seems i am too late

What kind of sauces go well with this?

  • These are pretty tasty but regular price $14 for two smallish legs they must be joking.
