This is the next best I could find and according to the Camel it is lowest price ever. (Edit: oops - this year? Tks @King Tightarse)

It does skip a few sizes: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 17mm, & 19mm

It has the reversible ratchet and 15-degree offset.
