            @jv: Not a huge fan. Chicken or kangaroo, quite iffy about fish too.

      From what i have read, BlackHawk went downhill after they got bought out and changed all their ingredients to lower quality ones.

        Yep, we used to feed our labrador the salmon one, first bag we bought he didn't have any issue at all, then the subsequent bags we bought he had intermittent diarrhoea. Was during that period when they got bought out. Switch to another brand and no issues.

          Interesting.. what brand do you recommend? I was lead to believe that Blackhawk and their grain free products were some of the better ones?

          Maybe the subsequent bags were using exhausted and rotting salmon that had finished spawning after swimming 50 miles up the river avoiding bears.

          Thanks for writing about this, we recently got a pup and she started having diarrhoea after changing to Black Hawk. We swapped it back to Advance and all is well again.
