Got mine yesterday, and the fan looked like it had been used before. There was scuff marks where screws had gone in and the one of the back motor mounts was broken. Annoying becuase it took ages to arrive.
Never had and issue with Amazon UK before that though.
My friend had a mouse sent from UK and instead got a spice rack.
He has to send the spice rack back to the UK for 45$ shipping (which they will refund after they ship it).
Amazon UK is pretty crappy.

I ordered 2 Arctic fans and received a 2 pack of car wash mits just last week; got a refund and kept the mits.
I ordered 8 which arrived earlier than expected but 2 of them had cracked backs. All of the fans worked but I got a refund and was able to keep the fans. Bummed I missed this deal though…

For anyone wanting to use these as case fans, these are actually static pressure optimised, so really good for radiators.
The case fan equivalent is the F12 line of fans from Arctic.
