        Zero…. Under ACL retailer needs to pay for DOA and defective items. Buyer if they are returning it for their mistake

            @Manusdei: Yeah I remember Seasonic wanted me to pay freight there and back for their defective PSU. Told Amazon that and they said if you can't sort it out with them we'll refund and replace it free of charge. They did it twice because the replacement blew up as well. Got a full refund. This is why I always buy off Amazon for parts if I can, even if it's a little bit more expensive. Usually they're the cheapest anyway.
