First post so be gentle.
I think this is a good deal. The formulation looks solid. It's a combination of BCAAs (2:1:1) with EEAs and some Citruline in there for good measure.
What is good to note with this brand is that there's 3.6g of Leucine per serve, so a spot on amount to trigger MPS for most people.
